Nicky is a highly motivated, positive and pragmatic Human Resources professional who has more than 15 years experience in training and development activities including training design, delivery, coaching and evaluation. Nicky specialises in management development, sales, sales management, call centres, customer services and HR related training.
Nicky’s development programmes focus on what her audience need and how they can make changes back at work. Her delivery is practical in its approach, use a range of accelerated learning tools and she injects her own creative ideas to make the training both original and enjoyable.
As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Nicky focuses on keeping her knowledge of HR, learning and development up to date. Nicky’s other qualifications include: MA in Human Resource Management; BA (Hons) Business Studies; Diploma in Performance Coaching and Certificate in Management Studies.
