Kathy is an experienced trainer specialising in all aspects of communication and personal development. A former teacher, Kathy developed her skills delivering workshops for undergraduates and middle management, targeting the job market. Her emphasis on integrity, assertiveness and careful planning has also contributed to successful training in the private and public sectors for 15 years. Qualifications include: LAMDA Speech and Drama coach; BA (Hons) English and Health Studies; PGCE in Post Compulsory Education; Further and Adult Education Training Certificate; Certificate in Counselling Skills, and Neuro Linguistic Programming.
Kathy believes that ‘laughter lubricates learning’ and strives to create a positive learning environment where you can increase your knowledge, skills and personal development through enjoyable and supportive training workshops.
