Event Management
We offer a wide range of services to support your meetings. We can plan and manage your event with you, including invitation design, badges, direct mailing and response handling.
Special Equipment Hire
Hire of our rooms can include the use of overhead projector, data projector, video and flipchart. We can source and organise specialist audio visual staff and support services for your event. Some advance notice is needed for special requirements including the hire of a number of laptop computers.
Business and Office Support
If you have a specific business requirement for services such as a short term serviced office, or secretarial and administrative support, these can be organised for you.
Client Care
If your clients are visiting Dorchester and staying overnight we can recommend and book accommodation and transport. We are also able to organise transport from local offices, Dorchester’s mainline stations and coach services.
Receptions and Exhibitions
If you would like to use Burraton House to hold a special reception, to stage an exhibition or to present a new product to your clients, we can work with you to ensure that your event is a complete success.
Evening and Weekend Bookings
At Burraton House we operate as flexibly as our clients require. Evening and weekend bookings are always available.
Interviews
If you wish to hire rooms for interviews, we can provide a waiting room and catering. Our Centre Manager will help you to supervise the interviewees’ arrivals and departures.
